Unhappy rampage vi apex wont boot after ac power loss!

hello guys , i got rampage vi apex , after ac power loss ,the motherboard shows 00 post code , i should hold power button to turn off the pc , and then turn it on again to boot it ! bios going to safe mode after doing that, and i should restart it to load the saved settings! , have no issue after that !! idk what is wrong ! i thing last bios i had no issue with that was 1705 , installed bios version is 3006 , i tried older bios(exact same problem!) or latest one and could not pass the xmp profile :] (00 post code with xmp enabled) , so still using 3006

Not Uncommon after getting dumped. Hard shut down either reboots you into bios safe mode of sometime windows recovery.
Could also be instability as once you drop power the memory has to retrain.
Any particular reason you are killing the power or is it utility interruptions. If the latter invest in a UPS

Try raising the Dram voltage. Had to bump my Apex to 1.39 to stop the 00 on XMP.

Same here, with Bios 3006, 3105 and 3201 an asus X299 Deluxe. 2002 is fine.
