    Asus rog gladius 2 wireless mouse do not go to sleep as intended

    I've already created a thread about this ( https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthrea...ep-as-intended) but I apparently also have to post it here, so here it goes.

    1. PC / Laptop: My own non-PC that consists of Ryzen 1600, 1080 TI and MSI SLI X370 MB and 16 GB RAM.
    2. Aura Sync products : ASUS ROG GLADIUS II WIRELESS
    3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software: I also use Razer Synapse to light up my Razer keyboard but there is no relation between that and Armoury Crate's lighting.
    4. Wired / wireless connection: Wireless
    5. Reinstalled Windows? No.
    6. Windows version & build Windows 10 2004 & Build: 19041.630
    7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected: None. If anything, it seems like the problem got worse with the newest update.
    8. Clear description of your issue: I bought the ASUS Gladius 2 Wireless a few months ago but I noticed something with its sleep behaviour. No matter the time period I set for it to go to sleep in, it still wakes up on its own after approx. 10 seconds. Even does it if the PC is off and 'Wake up from USB' is enabled (only when the PC is off, it stops doing it when I remove the USB and plug it in again, after that it powers off as intended). It does the something on other PCs that doesn't have the ROG Armoury Software. I think this is a bug with the firmware.
    9. Any screenshots of the issue: Can't SS it but can send a video of it if need be.
    10. Use our new log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics: I've sent MasterC@ROG the log.

    Any idea how we can install the previous version?? Im getting lot and lot of crashes because of the new version of armoury crate. Getting 50+ critical crash in the reliability history. Apex Legends is crashing, pc is crashing... I had no issue whatsoever before this update. This is really annoying.

    Claymore and Mobo HAL updates not applying

    The 1.2.0 uninstaller appeared to remove stale reg keys and possibly uwp app entries. Claymore and mobo are now lit, showing as sync devices and syncing aura.

    8. Clear description of your issue

    The ROG Claymore keyboard has no lights at all. If I unplug the keyboard and plug it back in, I get a brief rainbow effect then back to no lighting.
    This device is not showing as an available device for sync in Aura sync -> Sync Devices.
    In addition, their is a HAL update waiting in the Armoury Crate app, however, whenever I click update, it runs the install, finishes, but doesn't appear to apply the update, instead, indicating that an update is still required. (see screenshot)

    The Rampage VI Extreme Omega Mobo is currently displaying a rainbow effect.
    This device is not showing as an available device for sync in Aura Sync -> Sync Devices.
    In addition, their is a HAL update waiting in the Armoury Crate app, however, much like the claymore, whenever I click update, it runs the install, finishes, but doesn't appear to apply the update, instead, indicating that an update is still required. (see screenshot)

    reporting issues

    1. PC / Laptop: Asus Rog Strix x570-e, Ryzen 7 3800x
    2. Aura Sync products: strix x570-e motherboard, rog strix RTX 2080 super, rog thor 850 platinum psu, strix fusion 700 headset, strix flare keyboard, rog spatha mouse.
    3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software: I am not using any other software for lights, peripheral, or audio. The audio drivers in the x570-e section are out of date and I'm not using any alternatives because they conflict with armoury crate because i'm using a strix fusion 700 headset. I wouldn't be able to change the sound effects in the audio section for my headset in armoury crate if i install the other audio drivers like realtek and sonic studio etc. It conflicts with the nahimic driver that armoury crate uses so I don't install anything except armouty crate. The only thing i have installed is the current chipset drivers, AI suite 3, ram cache III, rog cpu-z, and asus-ai charger all from the drivers section on the asus website for my strix x570-e motherboard. My ram kit is a gskill trident z neo model F4-3200C16Q-32GTZN. I have no issues with the aura sync on the ram or the DOCP settings in BIOS version 2802. I have chosen not to use the beta bios of 2812. My case is a Thermaltake View 51ARGB and I'm using a thermaltake TH360 AIO cpu cooler from them as well. Both are working as expected. I don't have a problem with aura sync for any devices and the aio cooler is performing as expected. The only problem is the audio drivers section for the strix x570-e as it conflicts with armoury crate.

    6. Windows version & build: Window 10 Pro 20H2 19042.630
    7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected: I don't remember a version that worked as expected.
    8. Clear description of your issue: In addition to the above issue with the strix x570-e audio drivers being out of date and not working with armoury crate. I have found 2 that I would like to address. First a problem with the strix flare keyboard. When the keyboard is in aura sync mode and I use the scroll wheel for volume or touch any of the media keys next to it the keyboard will go out of aura sync and switch to the default profile instead of staying on profile one.
    The next problem is with the rog Spatha mouse. Any time I try to change a setting for the rog spatha in the performance or calibration section the the app times out or faults and I can't change any settings with the rog spatha mouse.

    Thanks guys for providing info in the format requested, it really makes the process more efficient.

    We are aware of the CPU info issue and the team is already working on that, I should have a better idea of when the solution will be ready later this week.

    3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software - Thermaltake CL360 Max D5 Liquid cooling (Thermaltake W5 CPU block, Thermaltake PR22-D5 Plus, Pacific CL360 Plus Radiator, Pacific CL360 Plus Radiator) connected through the Thermaltake TT Premium Sync Controller to the ARGB header 1. Antec Prizm LED strips connected through Antec ARGB controller to ARGB header 2, Thermaltake Pure 14 ARGB Sync Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition fans connected through Deepcool RGB converter to the RGB Header 2.

    8. Clear description of your issue - If I connect single peripherals to the ARGB Header, they work and sync the lights. If the peripherals are connected through a controller connected to the ARGB Headers, they don't work at all. So right now, my CPU block, radiator fans, radiator led, reservoir and LED strips are not syncing through Armoury Crate. In fact the Thermaltake devices do not even light up if connected through the ARGB controller. If I use the bundled controller and connect to the USB headers on the motherboard I can see them lighting up and controlled through the TT RGB Plus software. The Pure 14 fans had to be connected to the RGB header on the board after using the Deepcool ARGB to RGB converter. I have tried everything, reinstalling Armoury Crate, removing completely and using Aura Sync, reinstalling Windows multiple times (clean), tested the controllers, tested the individual peripherals. Nothing works if connected through the ARGB controllers on the ARGB Header. I have used Thermaltake's, Antec's and Cooler Master's ARGB controllers.
    Oh and with the new version, the motherboard screen doesn't come up in the Armoury Crate software.

    Before I report this issue, please confirm that you have not exceeded the max rated current. Have you tried adding each component to the controller one by one? Does it work if only one fan for example is connected to the controller. Thanks.

    *The max. rated current of the SATA port is 5A (±5%) . To avoid causing damage to the port, the TT Sync Controller is allowed to be connected with:
    1. Up to 3 Riing Trio fans while adding other PLUS series products.
    2. Up to 4 Riing Quad fans only

    I configured all the 5 hardware options of the ryujin . The CPU cooler shows the infos as configured. Now I shut down win10. After a new start some timne later the Ryujin shows the ROG animation on the CPU cooler. I have to open amoury crate , go to config OLED options of ryujin - click the picture or animation button and directly bacl to hardware monitor . Now the OLED on the cpu cooler shows the former configured Info again. The same again after an new start of windows. Very annoying. The WB Flow rate attribute doesn't indicate anything but "0".
    in the armoury crate sync section my G.Skill Trindent neo Z is listet but with an chinese ? font. (this was better in an earlier version of the software).
    In the tool section there are translation issues. I use the german language setting and I think there are some netherland wordings displayed. The "einzelen kit" is not german and the whole footer in the BIOS section is definitly also not german.
