Cannot boot anything with USB STICK MBR Maximus XI Hero

I'm trying to put a Linux distro ISO on a USB stick using Rufus selects MBR when writing to USB stick and this thing will not boot for nothing on this board.

I've enabled CSM
Selected Other OS
Disabled UEFI Security confirmed with "Unloaded"

on Latest bios, I'm sure this worked previously, It just boots back into bios and won't boot from a USB stick, I can't select GPT in Rufus because it's detected as MBR with the ISO.

Hmm got the same problem with previous MB but when pressing F8 when Asus logo appears I got boot menu and choosed UEFI or non-UEFI boot usb drive, cant remember but then it loaded USB boot device ok

Thanks I tried that same thing it just boots back to the bios, I'm not sure if it's something to do with installing windows 1 in UEFI mode, Thanks.
