GU502LV Caps lock LED does not work anymore

Dear asus lovers, I would like to know if some of you have encountered the caps lock LED not working anymore on GU502LV or similar product? Basically the keyboard backlight is OK and the caps lock key works but not the indicator LED itself... Any idea?

ok i have same exact model only my keyboard, the entire back light and 4 hotkeys stopped working. touchpad works fine. Troubleshooter says if there is nothing wrong with the keyboard I don't know what to do

If only 1 key having such issue, it might be hardware issue.

Was there any specific update or modification before the issue occurred ?
Is your ASUS System control interface V2 and Armoury Crate Service updated ? and the version are?
