Maybe this would make no difference, but does enabling XMP help? You have fast memory, and your system is not taking advantage of that.
Also, you can have the same model and identical kits, but some warn against that. They tell you to use only one kit. So if you want 64GB memory, get one kit of 4x16GB or whatever, for example. And yeah, most people don't know that. Not that it always makes a difference.
What CPU are you rocking too? I'm far from an expert, but your memory might be a bit fast for it, but I'd check. I generally go with the fastest my CPU can handle without overclocking it if the motherboard is up to it.
