I upgraded the original 7260 WiFi card to AX200NGW card with WiFi6 and BT 5.1. Ordered the OKN AX200 from the (Smiling A) online. Make sure you have the generic Intel AX200 drivers installed locally on your 751 as you won't have WiFi available to download with initially. After the install I rebooted and had a 2.1Gbps connection back to my AX11000 router. Pretty simple install after checking online for laptop disassembly instructions. Connected the white and black antenna wires to the same places as on the 7260. Presently connected to the 5GHz signal. Keep in mind that, as a new network device, you may have to update your router MAC filtering and the like.
