Summary
Please forgive the dense post. I live in a remote location with limited availability for internet connectivity. My main constraint is data volume, followed by download speed and then upload speed. The best option for me is the local DSL connection at 12Mbps down and 1Mbps up. I have purchased two of the lines to effectively double my capacity. The network solution needs coverage for both internal and external spaces of 10,000sq ft. I am looking to replace my current solution with a ROG network solution. The current configuration provides service to the following:

Wired Ethernet Cat5e Connections

Wireless Connections (Number is minimum, + are guests)

I am seeking to upgrade my network to 802.11AX leveraging AIMesh for improved manageability and increase network coverage. The desired solution hinges on the ability for the router/switch to accept two separate WAN connections, not just have the option in the configuration menu. Anyone care to sanity check my design? Below are my current and Desired configurations.

Current Configuration
2x Comtrend ADSL2+ Modem CT-5072T (Service Provider Gear) 12Mbs down & 1Mbs Up each
DrayTek Vigor2925 Dual WAN Router (configured for Load Balance) w/ wireless 2.4GHz & 5Ghz


Pros: Dual Wan connection (required), POE reduces power wiring
Cons: Difficult User Interface, 2 AP’s + Router insufficient to cover desired area, 1 AP failing, Lack of ports on router required Switch

Desired Configuration
2x Comtrend ADSL2+ Modem CT-5072T (Service Provider Gear) 12Mbs down & 1Mbs Up each
Dual Wan Router model (ASUS RT-AX89X??) or Switch (Model ??) (If WiFi capable, remove one AX6600 Node)


Pros: 802.11AX, User Friendly Interface, full area coverage
Cons: Customer Service (Help line dropped me twice), No response to emails
