Wanting to upgrade the sole 8Gb DDR4 2666mhz memory to 16gb

What is the best memory I can get for a reasonable amount - not bothered about RGB. I'm in the UK

Should I just add another 8gb or buy new 2 x 8gb? or replace with 1 x 16gb?

Can the MB handle faster memory?
