Oh btw: I am assuming that you do not have Raid enabled in the Bios, correct?

Thanks so much! Everything is working great, no more crashes, only problem left is that Windows cant seem to detect the RAID HHD I created. Both drives are in the Intel 6gb SATA port and my SSD boot drive in the 6gb Asmedia Port. BIOS does detect the drives but Windows does not, this may be because of the driver not being installed since it does make the system crash. But when I switch my boot drive to intel port and the HHDs in the Asmedia port, BIOS doest detect the HHDs, weird..
