i need help with audio software for vi hero mb

Hi, i really need your help, i have hero vi mb with amd ryzen 1800x and for last year and half i keep getting game and pc sound into the mic on ts and discord. i tried everything and nothings works. some people think i need better drivers and i am hoping you can tell what drives are the latest for my mb. on mb itself the chip says supremefx but cant really find driver for it.
