My pc restarts instead of shutting down.
With my last update of windows 10 the problem was fixed
but yesterday after unplugging and plugging back my second monitor in the same exact slot the problem reappeared. I went again to Power Options and unchecked the Turn On Fast Start Up and as previously, it worked.
What do you recommend me to do?
How can I tell if it's my motherboard, my graphics card or any other hardware problem and not a software conflict?
