    Hey guys, just did the bios update. Enabled above 4g, rebar set to auto and disable csm. I am still seeing no rebar in nvidia system information and gpu-z. Any thoughts, i'm not sure if I missed anything important.

    Edit: 3080 FE on maximus x hero z370

    Edit 2: I was a doofus, turns out the 3080 fe does a firmware update that needs to be applied. Somewhere I thought I read founders editions already had that firmware updated. Either way YAY it works!

    Ever since I updated the bios, my EVGA 3090 FTW 3 Ultra fans have been going full tilt as the card is now overheating way past 82 C.

    This was never an issue prior to the bios flash.

    I fear my card is now ****ed up. Definitely my fault for even trusting a beta bios.

    Exactly not only has it took them already almost a quarter of a year to release a BETA they then release final for lower end first, I won't be purchasing anything from Asus on my Alder Lake upgrade just simply based on them being the slowest out of the gate, Asus's products are the most expensive of the lot and their support sucks big time, You will get better support from smaller companies, These don't give a crap once they have your money.

    ASUS TUF Z370 PLUS Gaming motherboard which I own the latest version of the BIOS is in BETA. As I have said before I will never install BETA BIOS+I don't own a 30 series GPU!

    I am pretty sure maximus X series has final non beta release bios. TUF z370 should be easy as abc to get final. BUT again, ASUS sucks. FOR maximus XI series, asus described as EOL, has little hope to get non beta bios at short period due to "beta" could expel their responsibilities for us using so called latest bios.
