For many many years now (back to the 90s) I always bought ASUS boards for my builds.

But what happened here really let me think that ASUS does not care anymore about consumer products and especially enthusiasts. Being an enthusiast does not mean that I need more RGB. It means that I want best quality and performance with support of the latest technology, if possible.

And being a premium brand means that you also have to deliver premium service and communication. Both is lacking in this case - which would be OK if I would have bought discount brand hardware. But I did not. Even worse: The cheaper brands decided to just go ahead and quickly support ReBar.

I would have accepted a delay for quality reasons. With proper communication of the issue.

Lets hope that the new BIOSes are available soon and we all can move on. But if ASUS fails to deliver I will for sure move on....

It made me so mad, because when Nvidia refused to send review cards to Hardware unboxed, for not covering certain features those sites Liunus Tech Tips, Gaming Nexus, Jaz2cents etc all rallied around him. So basically that says that those sites are only interested in helping each other out, but not us common folk. I have YouTube unsubscribed to Gaming Nexus + a few others over this. Thank you for your persistence, there is still an unpleasant aftertaste when you have to put pressure on a company, I watch independent channels that buy hardware for tests for their own money, refusing to cooperate with companies, these sponsors are people and viewers

I unsubscribed from these channels, thanks for your work and perseverance!)

The reason all other MB brands already provided rebar support is because they are all are in competition to be the best.

ASUS knows they are the best so they don't have a need to try anymore. This happens to all big corporations once they hit the top. They 'ALL' get complacent and forget what made them that way in the first place. It 'always' takes customer dissatisfaction to bring change. Let's hope this is at least a wake up call to ASUS...that they will see that their customer base can take away their status in a blink of an eye.

At least for now, here is a big thank you to Asus for complying to bring resize bar to their not so older MB lineups.

    Cheers!!!

ASUS is knows to not support their product two years in.
I remember Windows 8 laptop not being supported when getting migrated to windows 10, everyone was supporting theirs ...... not ASUS.

I got my Z390 as a gift, but it wasn't a choice for sure.
I don't know what will be my next mobo manufacturer, I'm sure it will not be ASUS or MSI.

At least they have moved, under pressure, to work on Resize bar for "end of life chipset", so it seems.

Guys, we can relax now. They are going to do it for the whole 300 family of chipsets. Expect it to happen late this month to late next month for all motherboards to be updated. Any more people asking the question of "Are they going to do it" needs to stop and work a little by reading these post and by reading the latest news.

Thank you too for your voice and helping push this!
I hear you! Asus could have handled this way better than they have but resize bar support is coming
Those channels let us down IMO, so good on you for unsubscribing.
My other problem with those channels is they are quick to call out companies like nvidia when they don't like something and therefore I am calling them out on their in action and the poor response, to quote them "spamming us won't get you want you want."
Well it they actually were prepared to help us here, it might have. I am done watching those channels, and will just stick to websites for my reviews etc from now on.

What the heck, im seeing other smaller brands enable this. Thought ASUS would be the first or at least second to enable it in at least the 390 first then the 370. Wow, maybe i shouldnt have switched from EVGA. Well i have been thinking of switching from my Z370 to a Z390 for better support for my 9900k. Guess i might have to start looking at EVGA again. Oh well.

Chill, they will support both Z370 and Z390.

Throughout my life, I preferred to buy Asus products. They also just stopped supporting my past motherboard, bought a new one now again, I hear it, we made a noise, they heard us, they promised support, we'll see, but I already decided for myself that I no longer want to deal with asus, and I also left all social networks asus a lot of problems, I a simple user, I find it difficult to look for a solution to problems with their software such as Aura, Fanexpert, MemTweakIt, and much more. everyone who took part in this thread thanks using google translate sorry for my english
