Yup, they don't even bother a response to their customers.

I don't expect it to help but maybe if they get a wave of support requests to them, that might motivate them to listen to their long term customers and give us what their competitors are already doing for their customers. As for now, I don't know what else I can do but there's got to be a way or ways to get the right people to listen to us. Any suggestions?
Nice, maybe I should do the same.

PS: nevermind, they say Z370 is end of life product, very well.

Yet they gave it a new BIOS update just a couple weeks ago? Wow. Seems like some BS to me.

No other major AIB thought z370/90 was dead.

This was my last ASUS product, and I'll make sure everyone I know who's in the market knows ASUS will fail to support their products and should be avoided.

So does this also include z390? and won't get resize bar update, if this is true I will switch to Gigabyte from now on Z390 motherboards are only 2 or so years old that is BS!!

I hope you don't mind, but I have translated this into English as well because it is a great post:
What I least expected was such a serious lack of consideration on the part of Asus to its customers, all the assemblers have done their job except they not supporting the Intel 300 series. I have it more than clear the last Asus product that I buy, today I bought a Gigabyte z390 Master motherboard that I am going to change for my Asus Hero X wifi ac. If they think that I am going to change CPUs or buy another Asus motherboard, they are very wrong. ASUS RIP.

If someone has any contact on a hardware website, it would be interesting to report Asus' behavior towards its customers to prevent future buyers.

I am yeeting my Z390 Code on eBay and buying an EVGA motherboard. ASUS is officially never getting another dollar from me. I just bought a Zephyrus G15 - it's getting returned.

I've helped over 30 people build PC's - when they come back, or if they ask any questions, they're going to hear about ASUS abandoning it's customers when MSI, EVGA, Gigabyte, etc did not.

Garbage software, garbage support, garbage customer loyalty, garbage prices. There are still brand new PC's being sold right now with ASUS z390 motherboards - somehow this company can't pay a firmware engineer to update some microcode? Asus can go to hell.

I am pretty close to doing the same, will sell my board and buy a EVGA or Gigabyte Z390 board that has resize bar support, I don't want or need a Gen 10/11 Intel processor as my I9-9900k is more than enough for me. Its seems less and less likely ASUS are willing to add resizable bar for their Z390 boards due to the lack of an official communication.
