    Over 20+ computer builds with Asus Rog builds for friends and family. Purchases ranging from all your product lines. GPUs, AIOs, Cases and more. 30k every few years from new builds to upgrades. I would choose your brand over competitors when stocks were readily available.

    I'm officially dropping your brand and moving towards other brands. We know you can add this as your competitors have added support. That's the real disapointment here. Whoever made this business decision from your execs is going to lose a lot of your brand loyalists. This is coming from someone who has been marketing professional for 15+ years. Good bye.

    So, I just called support to try and gather some information on this. Of course, the support dept. doesn't have the kind of access we need to get an answer either way, but I figured i'd open a support case with them anyways. I don't expect it to help but maybe if they get a wave of support requests to them, that might motivate them to listen to their long term customers and give us what their competitors are already doing for their customers. As for now, I don't know what else I can do but there's got to be a way or ways to get the right people to listen to us. Any suggestions?

    If they don't want t listen then that is fine. You vote with your wallet as a customer. Simple as that. If they don't support it then remember how they handled this versus their competitors.

    Well the Easter long weekend just went past and there's still no statement from Asus, so that can be no longer used as an excuse. I see the thread got moved also, seems like they're trying to cover it (deleting it will be too obvious).

    All this has done is force me to upgrade my CPU+Motherboard earlier. Will be looking at the Zen/Intel refreshes in a couple of months and won't be considering Asus.

    Wow, if this is how it's going to be it'll be a massive middle finger from ASUS. I've always had faith in your product quality and reliability, but customer happiness really isn't your strong suit.

    PS: nevermind, they say Z370 is end of life product, very well.
