Updated from a 2018 bios for my X470 (2700x) to 3103 - noticed an issue where the fans would after a couple of hours, shoot up to 100% and not come down. completely unrelated to temps.

restarting wouldn't fix - needed to reboot.

bumped to the beta bios (I see theres a newer one even posted today) and still persists.

anyone experience this?
