That is for the Download Master which you can get on the router's product firmware/software download site. Download Master is PC software that you can use to connect to the torrent downloader that is built-in to the router. The latest version is:

Version 2.2.3.4
2020/12/02 8.05 MBytes
ASUS Download Master Utility 2.2.3.4 for Windows)
Support OS : Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10
