cpu_opt is a slave of the cpu fan header, It will run the same rpm as the cpu fan header. Connect your cpu cooler fans to cpu fan and cpu_opt, or if using a splitter connect them both to the cpu fan header.
The AIO_Pump header is for an all in one cpu cooler pump, it may be used as a fan header.
you can get fan splitters to connect two fans to one header, just don't exceed 1 amp on the fan headers, the H_Amp header can provide up to 3 amps.
If you want a fan controller there are many to choose from, some are touch screen. I'll be using the Lamptron FC5-V3 fan controller in a future build.
