I'm not gamer so stock cooler is good enough for me, but since I use my mobo on HTPC in living room cooler is pretty loud at 1000RPM.

I'm speaking about wraith stealth version. I can't go under 1000 RPM (FanTuning set 980 at 0, but it's actually 1010-1020 ).

I also tried in BIOS (yes, I have the latest version) but there I'm not allowed to set (even manually) curve under 20%.


I would need about 800RPM. Is that not possible with this cooler or is this mobo/BIOS problem?

I can get Wraith Prism for free, but I'm not sure if there will be any difference.

I would like to find a solution because I really don't want to spent another 40-50 EUR to buy cooler just because I can't lower RPM not because cooler isn't good enough.
