    I have a similar issue as well on my VIII Hero (WIFI). On random occasions, whether the computer is sleeping or after shutting down for a few hours, I can't turn on the computer with either the case's power switch or the motherboard's power switch. I have to flip the power supply switch and wait for the LEDs to go off, then toggle the power supply back on. I found it's either toggle the Reset CMOS button or toggle the power supply switch and the computer's power switch will begin to work again.

    I tried playing with the ErP BIOS setting and turning off Aura LED on certain power states, but issue still seem to happen randomly after experimenting with those settings. I be curious to what you find.

    Why are not using DOCP profile ?

    Can you also screenshot HWinfo summary page.
