Any B550/X570 boards with a second PCIe slot controlled by CPU? (not chipset)

I'm looking for B550 or X570 boards that do NOT use the chipset for the second PCIe slot and instead uses the CPU PCIe lanes.
This is a requirement for my capture card. It will be used with a Ryzen 3600.

I'd prefer a B550 board because i'm looking for as cheap as possible, but if X570 boards only have this option then i'll go with one of those.

Any suggestions?

What about the ROG Strix B550-E Gaming? It says:

2 x PCIe 4.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8)
AMD B550 Chipset
1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 (x4 mode) *
2 x PCIe 3.0 x1

So would a GPU at x8 speed and x4 capture card definitely work on the CPU's PCIe lanes? Anyone here have this board?

Any B550 or X570.... none of them use chipset for second PCIe.

Here try reading this and see if helps you out, I know its a lot to get your head around at the start and can be confusing

Also, PCIe Gen 4 specification is quite bandwidth upgrade over PCIe Gen 3.0 specification.

X570 has more of everything and is a great overkill/future position.

Hope you find this helpful.
