Odd Issue with upgraded Processor (i9 9900KF)

I decided, to move from an i7 9700K to an i9 9900KF and all this went insane on issues.

First, I run 2 1080 Ti's and as soon as i do much of anything my screen will turn off and NEVER Return until I reboot.

I've looked for bent pins, None.

Looked for damage, None.

Tried multiple Bio's, same outcome.

Checked my AIO Cooler.. nothing changes. Not to tight, not loose.. i've retimed it multiple times.. Its NOT temps when it happens.

Replaced my PSU with a NEW 1300W power supply.. still

Changed Display Port cables, still happens regardless. Swapped around the 1080 Ti's.. still happens..

Seriously? is it just this processor? It's either processor, or its my motherboard.

I ordered a Gigabyte Aurous PRO Wifi Z390 motherboard for $199 to see if this issue follows it to that board.

I have a RMA for my Maximus XI Hero Z390 Wifi board. I'm in the current time of talking with Intel also on this issue and looking into buying just a i9 9900K itself again... I also checked on my pegs and everything else and everything is fine.

I have, seems fine solo. Even used an RTX2060 np. Which is weird.

Pretty sure i ran that firmware, ill double check when home..
