Strix 3090, strange scratches in the central part of the fans. Is it a film ?

Hi everyone, today I unpacked my brand new Strix 3090 oc ... and I immediately noticed that the central part of the fans are scratched! Or is there a protective film on it that I can't remove? I saw that there is a protective film on the body of the card. Can you help me understand ... I don't want to risk ruining the card.

All 3 fans have protective plastic film and they are really and I mean quite difficult to remove. Be careful and take your time so you don't disturb fans in a process e.g. bending and potentially damage your fans. Use fine tweezers or if you have longer nails, you have to pride the plastic gently, otherwise they are easy to scratch.
