All 3 fans have protective plastic film and they are really and I mean quite difficult to remove. Be careful and take your time so you don't disturb fans in a process e.g. bending and potentially damage your fans. Use fine tweezers or if you have longer nails, you have to pride the plastic gently, otherwise they are easy to scratch.
