G512 RGB Keyboard is possible to manage keys colours like i want?

Hi,

As in subject. Is it possible to manage our rgb keyboard to lights how i want? I mean make configs, for games (e.g. csgo, smite) like with standard keyboards? Because that configs, what we can do with aura creator are not satisficed me. I can not to do lights how i want to. Any advices?

Welcome to the forums!

If you are referring to per-key lighting, yes, it is possible to set user-customizable individual key colors using Aura Creator. The secret seems to be holding shift or control while clicking on individual keys if you are trying to combine individual keys into a group.

Edit 1/22/21: Thanks for Blake's update in post #4 below, but unfortunately, it appears per-key lighting will not be possible for a 4-zone RGB keyboard since you need to have a per-key RGB keyboard to customize lighting for individual keys.

Thanks for you reply. It is helpful but not for me. Right now i got newest armoury crate and aura creator which have show my keyboard in zones, and only this zones i can make differents, instead of before all keys. So i do not know fow to set it different, is annoying that we bought this laptop with full rgb keyboard and cannot set it how i want. You can find on screenshot, that all keys are in groups, and only each group can light in different mode, not each key. (only parts in white borders)

No, i wouldnt be able to chabge each key rgb. I just answer to reply where Albert give me link to yt movie that shows thaht it is possible to change each key.

And i am looking for any advice that is it possible to adjust each key for color that i want?

Thanks for Blake's update and apologize for not realizing earlier that your model only supports 4-zone RGB keyboard (which is why you only see four lighting zones for the keyboard in Aura Creator), so you will not be able to customize lighting for individual keys as in the YouTube video linked earlier for the GU502GU model which uses a different type of keyboard.

If you refer to the global website specs (change the region from the bottom left-hand area), you can see many of the G512 models listed only support 4-zone RGB keyboards, but you may want to check your model at your local region as well to confirm the specs or check with your local support.

If you want to compare with other models like the G531GW on the global site, you can see the model listed supports per-key RGB lighting for the keyboard although it's a good idea to confirm the specs for the exact model you plan to purchase to make sure everything is as expected.
