Hey guys,
I recently noticed that my 3960x isn't clocking down below the spec when unused / lightly used.
No OC on MB (Non-Alpha Zenith II).

What would be the correct setting for it to clock down when possible?
Perhaps enabling the D.O.C.P profile changes the clock behavior ?
On a Gigabyte MB the clock went down..

**Of course checked in Windows power settings to ensure the minimum frequency is on 5%.
