    Angry GameVisual missing from Profiles

    8. Clear description of your issue: GameVisual option is missing from profile application configuration. The tab is present and working, but cannot change the GameVisual with a different profile.

    I can't update to ASUS Framework Service 2.0.2.3. It shows the update again and again even after updating.

    ArmouryServerSocket.exe and asus_framework.exe crashes

    Recently, I've been getting a lot of asus_framework.exe and ArmouryServerSocket.exe crashes in my event logs.

    Can someone help me with this?

    Lights are still pulsing using Smart effect. There is no way to make lights stable (speed slider).

    problem with everything

    6. Windows version and build: Microsoft Windows 10 Home. Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
    7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected. Version prior to 3.3.7
    8. Clear description of your problem: it turns out that when I first turn on the laptop I did an animation and the keyboard would light up completely red after I would go to the setting I had chosen for lighting. It turns out that now it does not light up and only after logging in with my user and waiting a few minutes it lights up and with errors (for example: I have the rainbow lighting applied that changes from left to right and when the error gives me the keyboard is totally poorly lit (that is, keys with colors that have nothing to do with the subject, keys that are off, do not move and some with colors with high brightness and others with very low brightness). What bothers me is that the lighting is not active before logging in because I can't see the lyrics. A and another thing, it gives me a service error every now and then I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it continues the same

    No audio repsonse...

    5. Reinstalled Windows?: Are you kidding?? Not with how much I'd have to reinstall!
    6. Windows version: Windows 10 Pro x64 v10.0.19041.867

    8. Clear description of your issue: All Aura effects work, except audio, which does not react regardless of which audio device I am using.
    9. Any screenshots of the issue: Well, I could send a photo of a dark PC case, but I don't see how that would help.

    All driver and Windows updates have been applied, but no matter which audio device I choose to play sound through...

    Speakers (Soundblaster Z)

    ...the Aura 'Music' option does absolutely nothing. Every other effect works just fine but if music is selected, every LED on my system goes dark. Now, given that I just spent the last couple of hours re-organising all of the LED strips in my PC, and adding two long ones that surround my 55" TV, I'm a bit disappointed that I can't take full advantage of them. I believe that this problem has existed with many versions of Armory Crate, so it seems to be an ongoing issue.

    My keyboard is K3, after the f**g update asked by Crate today, it appears in device list, but no content. See links for screenshots. Fix your employees.

    Hello, in the latest version of the application, the "backlight in games" setting is not saved after restarting, it turns on again. Please correct.

    New Pop Up?

    There a new "pop up" saying "Default" every time I boot up my laptop (Which I think is from GameVisual).

    The "pop up" is like the one that you switch fans mode from "silent" to "performance".

    It is normal?

    AutoConnectHelper.exe causes micro stutters

    I found a Reddit post which includes a fix for the micro stutters randomly happening. That was a wide-spread issue.

    AutoConnectHelper.exe seems to be the cause here. Which is a plugin for Armoury Crate. Can you check that plugin?
