ROG Strix G713QR no drivers available

As the title suggests, I can't find the drivers for my laptop on the Asus site, refer to: https://prnt.sc/xjyh57
The laptop has a 5900HX and an RTX 3070 mobile
The CPU drivers im guessing installed by themselves but i cant get the GPU drivers to work: https://prnt.sc/xjyom7

I Do Not See Any Posted Drivers Either

Searching from the support page, was able to find the download page below on the global site (change the region from the bottom left-hand area if necessary).

Thanks for the reminder toronto699, and I'll request that irrelevant message about Chrome OS be removed since I'm not sure how it ended up there in the first place.
