ROG Strix G713QR no drivers available

As the title suggests, I can't find the drivers for my laptop on the Asus site, refer to: https://prnt.sc/xjyh57
The laptop has a 5900HX and an RTX 3070 mobile
The CPU drivers im guessing installed by themselves but i cant get the GPU drivers to work: https://prnt.sc/xjyom7

Searching from the support page, was able to find the download page below on the global site (change the region from the bottom left-hand area if necessary).
