Armory Create and Aura Sync problema for System Reset

I had to reset Windows 10 due to problems with the 20H2 update and now in my Armory Create Aura Sync does not work. I can't set the lights on my keyboard and the Gladius II mouse won't detect me to set speed and modes.

My laptop is a G703GXR

In passing I mention something, in MyASUS there is always a ROGLiveServicePackage 1.0.9.6 update that installs down and does it again infinitely. I imagine it can't get the update in due to something.
