Hi,
Please do not mix the types/sources of drivers you use (avoid garbage-drivers, they have no expertise on what they offer) :
- 2101.15.0.2083 Software & Drivers Package contains ony Intel MEI Driver (since the SWC imposed drivers (DAL, ICLS & LMS) are not installed, Windows Update will install them for you with older versions because the install order of these SWC drivers is initied/imposed by Intel MEI drivers itself) :
- 2101.15.0.2080 Software & Drivers Package contains Intel MEI Driver and all the SWC imposed drivers (DAL, ICLS & LMS) but also 2 SWC drivers & 1 Ext drivers optional and unnecessary for most consumer users (SOL & WIMAN Ext+SWC) :
- 2047.100.0.1039 Drivers Package (Drivers Only) that I offer contains Intel MEI Driver and only the SWC imposed drivers (DAL, ICLS & LMS) :
So I advise you either the package from ASUS, or those that I propose but if you decide to switch to the packages that I offer, I advise you to do this :- Uninstall Intel Management Engine Components from your apps installed (Start > Settings > Apps) then restart your PC
- Launch Driver Store Explorer > Check the boxes of all versions of these drivers .inf (if you find them) : heci.inf | dal.inf | dal_wc.inf | iclsclient.inf | lms.inf | wiman_wlan_extension.inf | wiman.inf | mesrl.inf
- Check the box "Force Deletion" then click on the "Delete Driver" button then restart your PC
- Download the Intel MEI drivers package from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Intel Chipset/MEI/SATA (1xx/2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx)
- Follow the Install/Update Process
- if you are already using the Intel MEI drivers package from my thread : You can update directly by following the Install/Update Process.

You have correctly underlined in red what you need.
Regarding the Intel Chipset drivers package, what there is to know about your motherboard based on X299 chipset is that you must not update beyond 10.1.18295.8201 (hence the dedicated download line), otherwise you will miss/lose the Skylake-ESystem.inf driver which you needed for your stuff.
Note : Once your Intel MEI drivers are up to date, you can update your Intel ME firmware : [FIRMWARE] Intel ME (X299).
