After completing my new build yesterday, and after flashing the BIOS via the BIOS EZ Flash Utility, the board will no longer power down.

Whether I press the power button or manually navigate to "Power down" in Windows, it will act as if it was shutting down, the screen will turn off and go blank. All the LED lights, fans, and GPU are still running however. The same goes for "restart". It will act as if it is shutting down but will never actually restart but just sit there running in idle with no video signal being sent to the monitor. The only thing I can do is manually toggle the PSU power switch.

Any ideas how to power off the PC? Thanks in advance!
