B550-E Gaming: RAM overclocking

Hello,

I've got a ROG STRIX B550-E Gaming with a Ryzen 5900X and a 32 GB kit from G.SKILL F4-3600C16D-GTZN). The IF-clock is stable at 2000 MHz with a SOC voltage of 1.15625 V, but I'm having trouble getting the RAM stable at 4000 MHz. I've experienced the following cases (all timings and settings except speed and voltage are set to 'auto'):

- DDR4-3600 and voltage up to 1.5 V: runs without any problems
- DDR4-4000 and 1.5 V: doesn't boot (beeps three times and reboots)
- DDR4-4000 and 1.45 V: boots

In the last case, ZenTimings shows the following values:

- ProcODT: 43.6 ohms
- RttNom: disabled
- RttWr: RZQ/3
- RttPark: RZQ/1

If I now set ProcODT or RttNom to the given values manually (without changing anything else), the system doesn't boot anymore and it welcomes me with the known beeps. I do not really understand this behavior - is it maybe a bug?
