    gpu stuck in x8 mode

    just realised my gpu is stuck on x8 3.0 wasnt there a setting in bios to change this? ive set everything pcie1 to gen 3 but no luck.

    edit after removing the bios bat (even though i already tried the jumper method) was either that or removing the gpu fixed this.
