    Exclamation ASUS ROG STRIX B460-I GAMING - Temperature Sensor & Audio Driver Problems

    I recently bought new computer parts, one of them being an ASUS ROG STRIX B460-I GAMING motherboard.

    So far I've encountered 2 problems:

    1. The completely stupid audio drivers available for this board.
    What the **** is "Smart Volume"? I just want LOUDNESS EQUALIZATION and NOTHING more. This "Smart Volume" is absolute crap.
    It introduces a kind of "reverb" to the sound profile (yes, I did disable the reverb in "Sonic Studio 3").

    2. The fact that the BIOS uses a temperature sensor embedded into the board, right under the CPU, rather than the actual CPU SENSOR.
    Thus, my fans do not respect the fan curve configured.

    For example, I set my fan curve to the following parameters:
    - 40% <= 40*C
    - 60% >= 60*C
    - 100% >= 70*C

    I've used OpenHardwareMonitor, AIDA64, HWMonitor, and they ALL report the proper CPU PACKAGE temperature.
    However, when my CPU PACKAGE is > 60*C my fans are BARELLY at 47% because the BIOS uses the stupid PCB embedded SENSOR rather than the CPU PACKAGE sensor.

    PLEASE RELEASE A BIOS UPDATE THAT ALLOWS US TO CHOOSE WHICH SENSOR THE CPU FAN RELIES ON, JUST LIKE THE CHASSIS AND PUMP FANS DO!!!
