New Asus Strix LC 360 liquid cooler problem

Following on from my original issue which is now fixed thanks to the suggestion of Trinidad2SC of placing 4 synthetic washers on the backplate my LC 360 now running at idle temp of 25 degrees, which is wonderful, however the fix came with the issue of CPU fan error, they just run at full speed perminently, I set CPU fan speed from N/A to "ignore" in Bios and that gets me into the OS past the CPU fan error but with the fans on full speed according to Q Fan, they ramp down if I change the settings to standard in Q Fan and temps stay at a steady 25-28 degrees but it won't allow me to click "apply" to keep them on standard and exiting Bios they reset to from Standard to full speed, any suggestions?.

Hello geecee,
May you share a video of how you adjust the setting and the issue you encountered?
Thank you very much.
