I’m having some difficulty I didn’t think I should be having.
In DayZ, and sometimes in Atlas, my game stutters and lags a lot. In DayZ anytime, no EVERYTIME, I turn left or right my frames drop to single digits. When the game is running fine, I only get 40 fps. My specs follow, and I don’t know how my system cannot handle this game. Shouldn’t I be getting better FPS? How can I get rid of the LAG/FPS drop?
Windows 10 20H2 64 Bit Pro
X299-Deluxe w/i7-7820K @3.60GHz
32 GB ram
2 x M.2 Samsung 1T Drives (I have two, one is my C: drive w/OS, the other my K: drive w/Applications and DayZ
RTX 2080ti Asus Turbo
I have three Identical Monitors and I use all three while playing in Ultrawide format, Monitors are BenQ 2x XL2411 1x XL2411P (Only difference is they added display port)

I found a couple sites with recommendations, that I followed, however, there was no improvement of the issue.
