During technology change oftenly, Windows Task Scheduler on lastest build also not scaling well with CPU more than 10 core.
So our Skylake X Extreme edition will take seat for the ice lemonade tea at this moment.

We need few years from here waiting Windows team utilized 80-100% of our CPU.
Also 40 Core Icelake SP 8380 XEON LGA 4189 will took around 5 years above.
