So, I have a Strix RTX 3090, and I personally don't mind the fans always spinning as long as the temps are low. So, my question is that, when I disable the "0db Fan Mode" in GPU Tweak, the left and right fan still seem to operate in that 0 dB Fan Mode, but the middle fan does indeed always spin. Does anyone else have this issue, or is it just supposed to be like that?

Edit: Never mind, apparently it was something going on with GPU TweakII. I messed around with resetting to defaults and disabling the 0 dB fan mode and it started working.
