I just did another card. Replaced only the memory pads. Used 2.0mm on the front and needed to use 2.5mm on the backplate. Card was hitting 110 and throttling. Card is now hitting 92 max.

Did this myself and I can confirm that the pads on the memory on both front and back are 2.5mm, with the pads on the coils being 3mm.
