I have a ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING plus ASUS HYPER M.2 X16 CARD V2 - Can I install one NVMe M.2 in PCIEX16_3 with Hyper M.2?

I've been looking into the Hyper M.2 card as well and have been finding good information sparse.
If you haven't already seen this document: https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1037507/, it shows compatibility of the Hyper M.2 card with different motherboards. Unfortunately, it doesn't mention PCIEX16_3 for your motherboard which might mean it is not supported in that slot. If you already have the Hyper card and a drive you could try it.
