Repairing RAID 1 on x570-i
Hello ROG,
I seem to have encountered a new problem with a RAID 1 I transferred from an old build of mine. Essentially my build is 1 1tb SSD with 2 4tb SSHD's in Raid 1. This was made by the INTEL RAID tool on a 4770 with the IMPACT VI, and was working fine until this morning with the 3950x on the x570-i. (All drives were hooked up without separation a year ago.)
Now the drives are separated. So there's still the 1tb C drive working fine, but it's also got a D drive and an E drive of the same files, just that the D drive has 800GB less than the E.
I want to repair the RAID 1 without destroying any of the old information. However, the INTEL RAID won't install because AMD chip. And if I try to do this via the BIOS switching from AHCI to RAID might wipe out everything. (or just do nothing till I switch back)
Any advice? I have all the files intact on one main drive but I'd like to get this de-sync fixed.
