Z590 - Looking for the right memory kit

Hello,

as the title says, I'm looking for a memory kit for an upcoming Z590/11900K build.

I need 64 GB and correct me if I'm wrong please but I would tend to get a 2x32GB DS kit over a 4x16. Any recommendations?

I would also like to run the system at strict Intel specifications for a while for testing/comparsion sake and this is where I'm lost.

The 11900K officially supports 3200Mhz however there are 3 different JEDEC standards for this speed:

DDR4-3200W 400 1600 3200 PC-25600 20-20-20 12.5
DDR4-3200AA 400 1600 3200 PC-25600 22-22-22 14.75
DDR4-3200AC 400 1600 3200 PC-25600 24-24-24 15

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR4_SDRAM

So which of the subtimings are correct for Intel's 11900K stock specification? I can't find any information about this. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I'm running G-Skill F4 3200-C 16-16GVK 2x16 Gig @ XMP 2.0 16-18-18-38-56

Best, If I had the cash I would use G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL14 Memory @ XMP 2.0

Thanks for the answer. Something 3200 to 3600 running in Gear 1 mode with tight timings sounds about right for Z590. For my use case I will have to look at 64GB kits though.

Hi,
I think these memory 2x32GB are great for Z590. This is example from ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO memory QVL. This is specifically for 3200Mhz, 2x32GB for Intel 11th Gen processor.
