Cant Save Lighting Profiles to Hardware - Help!

Hi all,
I can't figure out how to save lighting profiles to the hardware itself so I am not looking at Rainbow every time my PC is restarting or has my screen lock engaged.

I want it to default to Green instead of rainbow.

I have the following:
ASUS
----
ROG Maximus Hero X (WIFI AC)
ROG Gladius II Origin
ROG Balteus
ROG Ryou 240
ROG Strix Flare (COD)

Non-ASUS
----
TridentZ RGB RAM
Nvidia RTX 3090 FE

I am pretty sure all of these devices have the ability to save hardware lighting profiles onboard. I migrated everything to ROG from Razer for the exact same reason.
