My setup:

-ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WIFI)
-RYZEN 9 5900X
-COOLER MASTER MASTERAIR MA610P RGB
-CORSAIR 32 GB (4X8) 2400MHZ DUAL CHANNEL (cmk8gx4m1a2400c14)
-MSI GTX 1080TI 11GB GAMING X
-AEROCOOL KCAS 700WFULL RANGE

My doubt is this MB connector:

It could cause problems if my PSU doesn't have the other connector?

According to the manual, the 4pin it is PSU related Please do not plug 4pin power only. The motherboard will overheat with heavy usage. Ensure to connect 8pin power plug or 8pin and 4pin power plug. Please PM me if you have any questions.
