That happens cos there some corrupt files probably result of corrupt installation which can happen if asus servers are acting up it will sometimes skip a part, try using the uninstaller from here
https://www.asus.com/supportonly/Armoury%20Crate/HelpDesk_Download/ 1.1.4.0 then re download the installer from same page.
it may take a few tries, also run powershell as admin and run sfc /scannow command corrupt windows files can also be a trigger.
hopefully this fixes it, i just tested a game with easy anti cheat no problems here, so its likely corrupt files issue, can even be other software that is the cause.
