Fan four pins connector error (asus rog gl553vd-fy380)

Hello guys. A week ago i notice that my fan didn’t spinning. I try to dissamble the case, and realize that so many dusts on the circulation. Try to clean it up but the fan still not working. I bought new original fan from local store and immediately put it on my laptop. When i try to connect it, the fan not working, but when i slowly try to pull out the connector the fan works. I think there’s a problem with the 4 pin connector. Do you guys have any suggestion what happen and what should i do?*
