happens the same with Apex once in a while...
if I'm having more than keyboard and mouse plugged in, let's say a pen drive, one of them is disconnecting - in general the keyboard... did not make experiments to see if it is a port issue or not, but I plugged them differently and happens the same
    it's happening in bios also

have to hard reset the computer - shutting down the PSU, keeping power button for 20-30 sec then restart again and all is going back online

if you connect more than 2 USB devices, the systems seems to hang. Its not hung up, its the usb stops working.
I thought I figured it out, thinking it was my mouse, but then swapping to different mouse seemed to clear up the issue, but then it moved on to keyboard, then usb sound bar, than any other usb device.

I am getting an error in device manager that says:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

The USB hub failed to reset.

Here is a link to my Google Drive for the text file:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mZ9...ew?usp=sharing

I wanted to add, that I disconnected all my USB devices one by one. And the Error for the USB hub in device manager goes away when no USB device is connected.
If I only connect my mouse, Hub Error

If I only connect my keyboard, Hub Error

If I only connect my sounbad, Hub Error....
    Etc Etc

This is the 2nd M13Extreme I've had an issue with. First one would actually give WHEA errors, for the USB Controller. 'Advanced Error Reporting' .
Newegg replaced it since it was only a few days old.

This issue does not happen with either one of my laptops or Asus Strix X570-i motherboard.
