Yes? I mean it's going to depend on the game and quality settings but you should get playable frame rates at the native resolution. It's basically like running dual 1080p monitors which is half the pixels of a 4K display. If you find some games don't run well you can always run at a 1920 width resolution with black space on the sides which is like running a single 1080p display.
