[M13Apex] performance problems in games like Metro Exodus or KCD

Hello,
i got a brand new system with a Win 10 clean install and the latest drivers.

The crazy:
Metro Exodus Enhanced runs with 120-160FPS FullHD and it feels like 30 FPS (No joke).
Kingdom Come Deliverance runs with 90+ FPS and feels like 30 FPS with some shuttering.

First i thought its a Metro problem.

But i testet my second System all same components but a 10900K with MSI z490 Godlike.
Metro runs with 120+ FPS and it feels so like butter.

Whats the problem!?

The strange: FINAL FANTASY XV WINDOWS EDITION runs much better on the 11900k on the 10900k i got some fps slowndowns
walking between the cars at the dinner.

I will stresstest the CPU but i dont think its a temp problem. It looks more games with a high bandwith will shutter....

First i used
Bios 0801: 14.448 3dmark TimeSpy
then Bios 0707

10900K: 15.5823 dmark TimeSpy

Problem solved:

it was a problem with Metro Exodus - after starting the game it sets the framerate to 60Hz (and i use a 360hz Display).
I ALT+TABbed and set the 360Hz and now the game runs like butter.

KCD too only with its (normal) framedrops in the village.
